Q: Can we bring our own photo album, and will your representative place the photos into the book?

A: Absolutely, we encourage our clients to provide their own book or scrap book pages that are pre-arranged and decorated. Our representative is for your service needs, he / she will add the pictures to your book and there is no additional fees for this service.

Q: How far do you travel?

A: We do have a standard range of 25 mile radius of St. Charles City (MO) or Plano (TX), but will travel further at a small fee. Call us to discuss, we will provide you a quote.

Q: What type of events do you support?

A: We provide services to the following events, but not limited to these, if you have an idea - we'll be happy to help you with our services:

Q: Can you print in a vertical strip?

A: Yes we can provide a vertical layout to meet your needs.

Q: How far in advance do I need to secure a date and what does that require?

A: We encourage our clients to secure their date as soon as they decide to use our services since slots fill quickly and we book out to approximately 1 year beyond the current year. It only takes a small deposit to secure your date, call us for details.

Q: Can you add artwork or a banner to one of the four poses on the pictures?

A: Yes, we can add client artwork or banners to the pictures, but we need to know before the event so that we can program our computer.

Q: What other options are available?

Photobox provided guestbooks are an option, clients are welcome to bring their own for no additional costs.

CD copy of all the pictures captured by the booth, except the four hour option which is included.

Double processing, all packages are unlimited use and unlimited pictures, however duplicate processing (two pictures printed for every person) is an option.

Artwork or banners to be added to the pictures.

Travel beyond 25 mile radius of St.Charles MO or Plano Texas regions.
